Return/Refund Policy
All products purchased at The Flower Patch may be returned for a full store refund within 30 days of the date of purchase or a cash refund with a 10% restocking charge or store credit. Defective items must be returned within 5 business days of the purchase.
The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:
- All products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.
- Refunds are not available for items that are damaged after purchase.
